Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WhatsHub, operated at whatshubb.co.za. By accessing or using WhatsHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use WhatsHub. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Service

WhatsHub is a WhatsApp tools platform. By scanning a QR code, you connect your WhatsApp account to our platform via the WhatsApp Web protocol, giving you access to tools including:

• Link generation and vCard creation
• Scheduled messages and auto-responder
• Group analytics and chat export
• Broadcast messaging
• Social wall and AI assistant
• Status viewer and WhatsMap

3. Account and WhatsApp Connection

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You connect your WhatsApp account voluntarily. You may disconnect at any time.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs through your connected WhatsApp account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WhatsHub to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk marketing without consent.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other people.
• Violate any applicable South African law or regulation.
• Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice or refund.

5. Pro Subscription

• The Pro plan costs R49 per month, billed via PayFast.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of WhatsHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein, in compliance with POPIA.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your data — including your WhatsApp session, stored messages, contacts, and usage data — will be permanently removed from our servers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

WhatsHub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service.
• That the platform will meet your specific requirements.
• The accuracy or reliability of any data processed through the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, WhatsHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or WhatsApp account restrictions.

10. Third-Party Disclaimer

WhatsHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of the WhatsApp Web protocol is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any action WhatsApp or Meta may take against your account.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of WhatsHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
